To help us best understand your needs, it’s useful to provide any relevant information or reports from your General Practitioner (GP) or other health professionals.
If you are an NDIS participant, please bring a copy of your NDIS Plan Goals. These help guide our assessment and allow us to tailor our support to the areas most important to you.
Bringing this information is not essential, but it can enhance the effectiveness of your first appointment.
-
Adaptive equipment refers to tools, devices, or products that help individuals perform everyday activities more safely, easily, or independently especially when they face physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges.
In occupational therapy, these aids are recommended or customised based on a person's unique needs, goals, and living environment.
-
We offer occupational therapy services in your home or at our clinic located in Camden, NSW.
Depending on your specific needs and goals, your OT intervention may be:
Home-based – ideal for assessing and supporting you in your everyday environment
Clinic-based – suitable for structured sessions using therapy equipment or focused interventions
Telehealth - online services completed via zoom platform to reach all individuals who need OT
Or a combination of both – to ensure the best outcomes and flexibility in your therapy journey
Your OT will work with you to determine the most effective setting for your support.
-
You will be invoiced following your OT session and payment is required within 7 days.
You will be issued with an invoice straight away that you can use to claim back from your Health fund or Medicare online.
